Brentwood Court is in Llanishen, Cardiff. The scheme has 35 self-contained flats, including:

  • 5 bedsits,
  • 29 one-bedroom flats, and
  • 1 two-bedroom flat.

The scheme is close to many local amenities. It has two superb communal rooms, and a quiet room where you can read a book or listen to music. There are pleasant gardens with a patio and seating area outside. Residents are welcome to invite friends or relatives to stay in the twin-bedded, ensuite guest room, which can be booked for £10 per night.

A scheme manager is available during office hours from Monday to Friday to offer advice on day-to-day issues and to help in an emergency. Each flat also has an alarm linked to Telecare offering 24-hour support and reassurance when the scheme manager is not on site.
