Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, Sandown Court is in Caerau, Cardiff. The scheme consists of 31 flats, which include:

  • 24 one-bedroom flats and
  • 7 two-bedroom flats.

Sandown Court has a beautiful garden, which has a fishpond and a pagoda for you to enjoy. There is space to grow your own vegetables or fruits if you are green fingered.  Friends and family are welcome to stay overnight in the double-bedded, ensuite guest room, for £10 a night.

A scheme manager is available during office hours from Monday to Friday to offer advice on day-to-day issues and to help in an emergency. Each flat also has an alarm linked to Telecare offering 24-hour support and reassurance when the scheme manager is not on site.

To make access easier for all contract holders, Sandown Court has:

Each flat at Sandown Court has its own kitchen and bathroom.
